  1. How are the canvas prints made?
    We take the image/design you made from the website and stretch it across a 1.5″ wood frame.

  2. How long does it take to process and ship a canvas?
    Our custom canvases take 7-11 days to process. Once the canvas is packaged and ready to ship, shipping takes 2-6 days. Your canvas will be securely shipped using USPS, FedEx or UPS. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is shipped.

  3. Are there discounts for bulk orders?
    Yes. If you would like pricing for a bulk order, please email us at contact@makecanvasprints.com.

  4. What is your return policy?
    Please review our return policy here.. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We are available every step of the way to ensure you get the best possible quality.

    All of our canvases are custom printed using your design. Because of this, we do not accept any returns for designs that are low resolution, have typos, or if you’ve changed your mind on the design. Our customer service department and design team is available to review your design before your purchase. You can also add a “Proof & Review” to your order and our team will check your order for resolution issues or mistakes.

    During processing, shipping, and customs, occasionally canvases will be damaged. We do inspect each canvas before it ships out to you. As soon as your order is received, please inspect it for damages. You have 5 days from when the order was delivered to report any damage. If you do find any damage, please take a photo of the canvas and packaging and send it to contact@makecanvasprints.com along with your order ID. We will gladly replace any damaged canvases. Otherwise, all custom sales are final.

    If you are not satisfied with the quality of your custom print, please send us an email with your order number, the reason you are not satisfied, and a photo of your print. We must receive this within 5 days from when your product was delivered. Once received, our customer service team will review the issue and accept on a case by case basis.

    If your order is delayed due to any reason and not processed, we can cancel and refund your order up to 60 days. After 60 days, all sales are final and you will receive store credit.

  5. How close to the edge can I put my text?
    Please make sure to leave some space between the red safe zone line and your text. Text close to the red box may end up getting cut off when printing.

  6. What do the sides of the canvas look like?
    Any part of your design outside of the red box (safe zone) will be printed on the sides of the canvas. If you do not put anything on the sides it will be white.

  7. Will I receive a tracking number?
    Yes. Once the order is ready to ship, we will assign a tracking number to you. Our system will automatically send the tracking number to your email.

  8. How do I add multiple lines of text?
    You can press enter in the textbox to go to the next line. Or, you add multiple text objects in order to create multiple lines of text. After you add a line, click OK and then click “Add Text” to add a second line.

  9. Can I make my text vertical?
    No, unfortunately you cannot make your text vertical.

  10. Can I change my canvas design to black and white/sepia/etc?
    We offer custom design services from $19.99 – $49.99. Our team of professional designers will edit your image to your liking. Please contact us for more details.
