Make Canvas Prints Cancellation & Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We are available every step of the way to ensure you get the best possible quality.
All of our canvases are custom printed using your design. Because of this, we do not accept any returns for designs that are low resolution, have typos, or if you’ve changed your mind on the design. Our customer service department and design team is available to review your design before your purchase. You can also add a “Proof & Review” to your order and our team will check your order for resolution issues or mistakes.
During processing, shipping, and customs, occasionally canvases will be damaged. We do inspect each canvas before it ships out to you. As soon as your order is received, please inspect it for damages; you have 5 days from when the order was delivered to report any damage. It is your responsibility to report the damage within 5 days from delivery date. If you are sending the canvas as a gift or to another address, please work with the recipient/s to assess the canvas upon delivery and report any damage within 5 days from the delivery date.
If you do find any damage, please take a photo of the canvas and packaging and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order ID. We will gladly replace any damaged canvases that are reported properly within 5 days. Otherwise, all custom sales are final.
Report Any Complaints Within 5 Days
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your custom print, please send us an email with your order number, the reason you are not satisfied, and a photo of your print. We must receive this within 5 days from when your product was delivered. Once received, our customer service team will review the issue, assess the photos, and accept on a case by case basis.
All Sales Final After 60 Days
If your order is delayed due to any reason such as copyright infringement, violation of our terms of service or policies, customer requests, or otherwise not processed, then we can cancel. All sales are final. All Refunds are in the form of store credit, not via original payment method. Store credit does not expire.

Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred, both directions.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned or additional fees are incurred due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
We cannot cancel orders that have already gone to production. Because each print is custom, we cannot reuse canvas & inks. All orders are sent to production the following business day 9am PST, Monday-Friday. If you need to cancel your order and it has not yet gone to production, email us at email@example.com with your order# & subject line “CANCEL ORDER#_”. We cannot guarantee cancellations but will do our best to catch them as fast as possible. In some cases, a restocking fee of $20 may be charged for a cancellation of products that are partially produced and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
