  1. How long does it take to make and ship a canvas?

    Our custom Premium canvases take 7-10 business days to process and produce. Our Xpress Canvases and wood prints are a little faster at 5-8 business days. The date you placed your order counts as day zero/0. Please then allow another 2-6 business days for shipping via UPS or USPS depending on the product and your location and shipping method (1 day for upgrading to overnight delivery). You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is shipped. At this time we cannot guarantee exact production or shipping dates and RUSH options are not currently available.

    Please do not call our phone number to ask when your order is going to be shipped if it is less than 10 days after your order. You will only receive your order confirmation email until we package your order to ship out to you, then your tracking number email will arrive. Be sure to check your SPAM email folder if you cannot find your tracking number email after allowing our standard times, and contact us if you have not received a tracking number after 11 business days.

  2. I need my canvas by a certain date. What should I do?

    Please review our order processing times to get an idea of when the order will arrive based on your intended purchase date. Order processing times do not change as our products are custom made specifically for you once your order is submitted and the product/s take multiple days to produce. We cannot guarantee shipping delivery date as the shipping carrier may experience unexpected delays that are out of our control during the transport and delivery of your package.

    Please contact us via email with your order ID# & desired delivery date and we will check with our production team to see if it is feasible. If it is feasible, upgraded shipping charges may apply but we cannot guarantee shipping delivery date as the shipping carrier may experience unexpected delays that are out of our control during the transport and delivery of your package. In the case of refused delivery and/or returned packages due to failed delivery attempts, customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs incurred, in both directions, as a result of the refused and/or returned package; applicable expedite fees and/or upgraded shipping charges as well as product costs are non-refundable.

  3. Proof & Review

    You can also add a “Proof & Review” to your order and our team will check your order for resolution issues or mistakes and contact you with a proof of the print file. Please note that if you purchase a proof and review and do not get back to us within one week from your purchase date we will proof and edit your design (if necessary) using our best judgement and process your order.

  4. How are the premium canvas prints made?

    We take the image that you create on our website and print it in our  print shop at our office using modern high quality inks. We then stretch it across and around the edges of a wood frame that has 1.25″ kiln dried wood stretcher bars, folding, trimming, and stapling accordingly on the back side for a nice traditional gallery wrapped canvas. We do all of this by hand to ensure it’s done right. Please note: when you create your design, the red dashed-line represents where the canvas will fold around the edges.

  5. What is your cancellation/return policy?

    Please review our return/cancellation policy here.. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We are available every step of the way to ensure you get the best possible quality, but we cannot cancel orders that have already gone to production.

    All of our canvases are custom printed and handcrafted using your design. Because of this, we do not accept any returns for designs that are low resolution, have typos, or if you’ve changed your mind on the design. Our customer service department and design team is available to review your design before your purchase. You can also add a “Proof & Review” to your order and our team will check your order for resolution issues or mistakes.

  7. How close to the edge can I put my text or other design elements?

    Please make sure to leave some space between the red safe zone line and your text; text too close to the red box may end up getting cut off when printing. Additionally. the red dotted-line indicates what will go on the surface face of the canvas; items too close to the red dotted lines may end up not being visible on the front face of the canvas and folded onto the sides of the frame when we wrap/stretch the canvas; please note that any changes in positioning or sizing due to canvas stretching is normal and will be very minimal/negligible.

  8. What do the sides of the canvas look like?

    Any part of your design outside of the red dotted line/box (safe zone) will be printed on the sides of the canvas. If you do not put anything on the sides it will be white.

  9. Will I receive a tracking number?

    Yes. After we produce your canvas, and the order is ready to ship, we will assign a tracking number to your order and our system will automatically email you the tracking number to your email that your ordered with. Please allow 7-11 business days for us to create and ship your product before your tracking number will arrive for all canvases. For wood prints, please allow 5-7 business days (less drying time required).

  10. How do I add multiple lines of text?

    You can press enter in the textbox to go to the next line. Or, you add multiple text objects in order to create multiple lines of text. After you add a line, click OK and then click “Add Text” to add a second line.

  11. Can I make my text vertical?

    No, unfortunately you cannot make your text vertical without placing 1 letter at a time, but you can rotate any line or paragraph of text to any angle by dragging the dot directly above a selected object to the left or right, or by using the adjustments panel.

  12. Can I change my canvas design to black and white/sepia/etc?
