You will receive an email notification when we respond to your tickets at the email address you provide, and you can respond to our notifications from your email
Log In to Our Support Ticket System
Login to your support ticket account. This account is separate from your login here on our main website.
Quickest Login Tips:
To make it easier / faster to sign up and log in to our ticket system, you can use Facebook, Google , or Twitter login instead. This is usually a lot faster than trying to remember a new password 😉.
That said, you can create the same email and password on our main site as you do our support tickets system, and that makes it easier to remember, too.
Check Ticket Status & Respond
Check on your tickets and respond to them.
You can also respond to your tickets via email.
2 Different Logins
Logins to our Support system are independent and can be different from logins to here on our main website. Logging in is required to check your past ticket statuses, but you also have a copy in your email that you can respond to there, instead.
