We will manually review your design for defects, overall quality, resolution, etc.  We will make any small adjustments necessary, and email you the full high-resolution print file to verify and approve for print.

Proof and Review Things Checked:

Resolution / Image Quality

We will review your design at print size and check for quality and resolution issues and notify you so you can provide a higher quality image to ensure optimal print.

Text Visible on the Design

We will review your design to make sure that the text is legible and easy to read and make suggestions, if needed, such as bolding the text, changing the font, or changing the font color, etc.

No Cut Off Images / Elements

We will check your design to make sure the core elements on your design are on the front of your design as you intended, not cut off and wrapped around the edges.

Mirroring and Background Color

If your design or image does not cover the whole canvas due to it’s aspect ratio, we can mirror your design to fill in the gaps or a background color or image.  We will review your design and add mirroring or a background color, if needed.

Preview Your Design before Print

Our team will check your order for resolution issues or mistakes and contact you with a proof of the print file.  You will get a chance to review and approve the print file to ensure it is to your liking before we proceed and print your order.

*NOTE:  Please note that if you purchase a proof and review and do not get back to us within one week from your purchase date, we will proof and edit your design (if necessary) using our best judgement and process your order accordingly.
